My Happy Marriage has taken a beautiful turn. The love has started to blossom between Kudo and Miyo and both have found their happy place. But are denying to acknowledge. The recent episode has opened happiness for Miyo and she is finally believing that life has a good turn no matter what your past was but a hopeful future waits for you.
My Happy Marriage Ep-3: Kudo sees a prosperous future for himself and Miyo
As the episode begins, Miyo is asked by Kudo for an outing. At first, she is a little hesitant but finally says yes to it. As the next day comes, Miyo is a little uncertain that how suddenly things have started to take a different turn as Yuri approaches and asks her about her preparations. She helps her get ready and puts her some makeup. As she sees herself in the mirror, she is speechless. For the first time, she is looking like a beautiful young woman.
Kudo intervenes in her thoughts and asks her if she is ready. She quickly approaches Kudo and Kudo gives a small glance at her and is completely mesmerized by her aura. As he comes back to earth, he apologizes and drives her to her office. There she meets a commander who is ranked as Kudo, trying to get a little too friendly and Kudo gives him a deadly look. He leaves and Miyo is a little intimidated by him.
As they approach the market, Kudo sees Miyo very engaging in the market hustle-bustle. this makes him happy. he asks her if she wants to go someplace she likes and Miyo never got a chance to even step out of the house. Kudo takes her to a kimono shop where the lady greets them with warmth. She takes one look at Miyo and is completely mesmerized by her. As Kudo finalizes some of her dresses, the lady shopkeeper asks Kudo to never let the girl leave his sight. She is a diamond in the rough. Kudo sees Miyo looking at a kimono that has cherry blossoms.
At a desert shop, Kudo asks her if he wanna look at her when she smiles and how she looks. This gets Miyo a little coy but she doesn’t speak anything. The scene in My Happy Marriage then changes to the Saimori house, where the Tatsuishi family’s head accuses Miyo’s father of betraying him. Miyo’s father calls off by telling that he is no longer concerned with Miyo.
Towards the end of the episode, as Miyo comes out from her bath, she finds a box at her room door and that was the gift by Kudo. He gifted her a comb that resembles her mother’s. He sees her smiling and is happy than ever. He later is seen investigating Miyo’s past and her ancestral blood but is spied on by someone.
My Happy Marriage- Our First Date
The episode in My Happy Marriage had a great start with Kudo putting efforts to make Miyo happy. He is seen making her comfortable and happy. He is showering her with gifts and compliments. Love has started to make space for both but something or rather some is trying to invade their happiness. As Miyo and Kudo are coming closer, someone is trying to get things off the place. Why is Miyo getting so much attention even though she has no powers? Hold that wait for the next episode. 4 out of 5 stars, what an epic transformation.
