You Season 5– What Do We Know Till Now
Throughout the four seasons, Joe Goldberg has his eyes on his victims and if things don’t go on his way, he quiets them for life.
In season 1- Joe leads a simple life as the book manager in a bookshop. He encounters Guinevere Beck, who is an aspiring writer and falls in love instantly. He becomes so obsessed with his stalking and all that that he slowly turns into a psychopath and kills her.
In season 2 he moves from New York to L.A. and starts his new life with a new identity to avoid his ex-girlfriend. He again falls into his old pattern with Love Quinn. But this time he wants to work things off so he tries more effort but Love has her own set of secrets.

In season 3 Joe is a different man. he married Love and has a son now in California. Things are going pretty much good but soon Joe is back to become a psychopath and stalker towards a neighbor but his wife will make sure that they remain as a one family.
In season 4 Joe is now an English professor in London at a prestigious institute. He has quite a routine when he starts obsessing again with another woman. He is later part of a social group but the turn of events makes him a prime suspect in a socialite’s murders. He is investigating himself but the blackmailer has other plans. He wants to avenge something. He falls for another woman Kate who is similar to him.
You Season 5- Plot
The fourth season’s story was quite self-contained and had a satisfying conclusion. We know where each of our characters ended up or whether Jenna Ortega‘s Ellie will reappear.
As for Joe Goldberg, it suggests that he has now fully confronted and embraced the darker parts of himself. Plus, he can now use the money and power held by his girlfriend Kate (Charlotte Ritchie) to further his privilege while still protecting himself from the consequences.

As Season 5 of You begins, Season 4’s ending sets us up for a creepier Joe who has ended attempts to use monologues to justify his dastardly actions. How that fits into his new, high-flying life with Kate remains to be seen. And we can’t escape the fact that, by Joe’s own admission, everyone he loves inevitably ends up dead, so Kate’s future doesn’t look too bright.
Marienne may have escaped the murderous clutches of Joe and joined his daughter Juliette in Paris, but Tati Gabrielle also wants to go back.
You Season 5– Is Joe’s surviving victims will return in Season 5?
The show creator Sera Gamble also told The Hollywood Reporter that the plan for season 5.
“The conversation we have among the writers, between Greg and I, and a lot with Penn is about the fact that it would be nice to end his arc with some form of justice. That’s challenging to plot. How does Joe Goldberg go down in a world where he’s been branding people with bricks in broad daylight for years? And he’s cute! And he gets away with it. The deeper question that we frequently pitch in the writers’ room is, ‘What’s real justice? What would hurt him the most?’ And who better than those Joe has wronged (and by wronged, we mean kidnapped/killed/ put behind bars/all of the above) to serve up a nice, hot dish of justice?”
Amy Leigh-Hickman hasn’t given up hope on Nadia’s return, despite the character now being in prison for Joe’s crimes.

“I would love to come back and play her again, I think that if she can pull off everything she did in season four, there’s not much she can’t do. So I wouldn’t put anything past her, I wouldn’t past Joe as well. I think that’s something they have in common, weirdly.”- according to Digital Spy.
