For almost four years, fans have been waiting for a sequel to the manga “Hunter x Hunter”, which is now one of the most popular works of all. Towards the end of November 2018, the final chapter of the manga was released. While many Hunter x Hunter fans have grown accustomed to the various hiatus times, this one came at a bad time.
The current arc was about to reach an absolute peak. The new antagonist became more visible, some familiar faces reappeared – and then the break came. But now – after almost four years – it’s going on again!
Fans on social media exploded when they found out that Hunter x Hunter mangaka Yoshihiro Togashi now has an official Twitter profile. There he also published a photo that clearly shows that he is still working on Hunter x Hunter.
To the published tweet, Togashi wrote “4 more episodes so far” and shows the corner of a paper resembling a sketch of a panel. The tweet now has well over 500,000 likes and more than 200,000 retweets.
This profile has already been verified as legitimate by the One Punch Man mangaka. The number that Togashi writes in the lower right corner of his sketches also shows that this can only be the real Togashi.
