Depp v. Heard Episode 1: Fairfax County Courthouse

The series contains footage from the trial which has been edited in a manner to show both testimonies side by side. The trial was live-streamed online and became an internet sensation in 2022.

Depp v. Heard Episode 1 starts with the trial taking place at Fairfax County Courthouse in Virginia. The reason for this is that the op-ed which Amber Heard wrote in ‘The Washington Post’ is based out of Virginia State.

The trial was live-streamed, and as per the laws in Virginia State, it is up to the Judge to decide whether the court hearing could be recorded or not. Both Johnny Depp and Amber Heard show up at the courthouse, with a majority of Johnny Depp fans cheering for him.
