On the official Twitter account of the anime adaptation of “Attack on Titan” (jap.: “Shingeki no Kyojin”) it was announced that the final season will be continued with a third part, which is titled “kanketsu-hen” (conclusion). You can see a first teaser below.
Attack on Titan: Final Season Part 3 Release Date: Starts in 2023
The third part is expected to be broadcast on Japanese television in 2023 and conclude entirely the anime adaptation of “Attack on Titan”. Further details are still pending at this time. As usual, we will keep you up to date.
The final season of “Attack on Titan” started in December 2020 with a 16-part first part, before the twelve-part second part aired between January and April 2022. The final episode, Episode 87 (in the total count), was released today. Studio MAPPA (Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2) was responsible for the implementation.
