Season 2 of The Lincoln Lawyer, part 2 which was released today, is already garnering a lot of attention from viewers. Season 2 is full of fun and drama, and yes, Mickey Haller is back for another case. Before he gets his next case, he can be seen enjoying the limelight. Hottest Lawyer and Lincoln Lawyer are at it again with their different case-handling strategies. When his plate is so full, he attracts her attention.
The Lincoln Lawyer Season 2 Part-2- Plot
As we remember in the first half of season 2 part-2, Mickey Haller is attacked by some goons. Izzy reaches him on time and saves him at the very earliest possible. He wakes up with some fractured ribs and some injuries. He without wasting any time gets back to his girlfriend’s case. he comes across the name Alex Grant who is associated with the businessman who is killed and Lisa is alleged for that murder.
They get him tricked and later he fills a defamation here where he is caught. Mickey is trying to make every loop meet to a final conclusion but it gets tangled every time is close. While Mickey is recovering, the Lincoln lawyer apologizes to Lourna for behaving like a jerk and Lourna accepts it.
Every time things seem to fall in Mickey’s favor Andrea changes the tables. The murder weapon is recovered by the LAPD and the problems in Lisa’s case get more complicated. Lisa befriends a podcaster who is later revealed to be doing this for his investor named Webster, who is linked or not linked with the case of Lisa. Mickey talks to him and tells him to now be their watchdog and work for him.
On the other hand, an interesting turn takes in the case when a forensic expert tells the court that Lisa could not have committed the murder with a help of a dummy but Andrea also kills that opportunity with a heads-up situation. While Andrea gives an impactful closing, Mickey is trying to find Kim who took the photos of the scene while people were protesting. The jury finally gives the verdict in Mickey’s favor and they win the case. Lisa is free and so is Mickey happy.
The Lincoln Lawyer Season 2 Part-2 Ending Explained
Towards the end of Part-2, The Lincoln Lawyer Mickey was able to defend Lisa in all possible ways. Now the ball is in the jury’s court. The day is both good and bad since the verdict will change many lives. Mickey wins the case and all are very happy. Andrea accepts her defeat with a smile and Lisa is free.
Lorna and Cisco finally get married and he surprises her with her family and friends. Mickey is heartbroken to know about Lisa and what she did but has to move on. He has to make things right. Izzy got her dance studio and is more than happy to help. Mickey is kinda ok-ish with his daughter and Maggie. He has to learn to keep his personal and professional life separate. He gets a new case but the person is no stranger. She is Gloria from The Lincoln Lawyer season 1 who helped Mickey in the Menendez case. She is dead. Who killed her?
Lisa hid things from Mickey
As the case goes on throughout season 2, Lisa had concealed something from Mickey that only unfolded in the last episode. Lisa hid the fact that she accidentally killed her husband in a rage and dumped his body in her garden. When Mickey came to know about this he is shocked and heartbroken.
He went to all extent for her and got almost killed but she is actually a killer, not the case one but a husband murderer.
Mickey Haller is Heart Broken
Mickey is broken with what happened with Lisa and Maggie decides to get away as far as possible from him. She cares about him and loves him but is stopping her we as fans don’t know. They seem to be a happy family but Maggie gets things out of hand. Mickey confronts her that they still have a chance but she doesn’t.
Lorna is married and is finally found her bliss. Izzy is happy in the studio that she always wanted. Things seem to go away from Mickey and he knows this but again denies it. He stakes too much with his cases that he ends up losing things especially special people.
Finally a Happy Ending or Is it?
As Mickey wins the case things start to fall into place. But he might still be a threat to Alex Grant for ruining his career. He wants to take some time out from all the chaos when he gets a new case from a person arrested for murder. He happens to be knowing a girl who is actually Gloria and has to now find the person who killed her. Who killed her? This will definitely be seen in season 3; let’s hope there will be season 3 of The Lincoln Lawyer.
