The Lincoln Lawyer season 1 was an exceptionally well series, drafted with minuteness to that of the McCaughey movie. The first season was able to get the audience tied to their seats and curiosity was building up till the last episode. The series got such an overwhelming response that the makers were compelled to make a season 2 of the legal drama. The series is set to come on Netflix this Thursday.
Why did Mickey Haller have 2 divorces?
Mickey Haller, an excellent lawyer in San Diego who is popularly known as the Lincoln Lawyer, had a pretty tough time in their personal life. On one side he handles the case with utmost intelligence and on the other side his married life has seen a lot of bumps on the road. Haller’s first wife Maggie McPherson, who is also an attorney is done with Mickey. She has joint custody with Mickey for the sake of her daughter Hayley. Both had a pretty good relationship but things fall apart.
Now they are happy with the way life has taken a turn. Mickey now and then tries to win back her trust in him that he is not messed up now like he was with addiction and the case of Louis in the The Lincoln Lawyer. Both Mickey and Maggie seem to have some feelings left for each other even though things are different.
Talking about his second wife Lorna, Mickey and Lorna had a good relationship but both know Mickey wanted a rebound from his first wife. It is never seen that Lorna and Mickey had any love or at least some physical relationship before or during their marriage but now both seem to be very supportive of each other. She is seen as very optimistic when it comes to getting back Haller into his field after his accident. Also, Mickey doesn’t have a problem if her boyfriend Cisco, and Lorna want to get married.
After much consideration, we can say that Mickey was quite judgy when it came to keeping a relationship with both of them but at least he doesn’t say or make faces at them. He is a supportive ex-husband and a good lawyer.
Is Mickey Haller again getting married?
Technically no but in season 2 of The Lincoln Lawyer, he will have anther love interest. Lana Parrilla as Lisa Trammell is the new cast in season 2 of Lincoln Lawyer. She lures Mickey into her house and both end up getting intimate, as shown in the trailer. Season 2 will give all the answers to his new love interest on Thursday on Netflix.
