- On July 1, 2022, the final two episodes of season 4 of “Stranger Things” will finally start.
- Part 1 of the 4th season is to be seen since the end of May 2022 on streaming service Netflix.
- Now, however, a Twitter post sent speculating fans into a frenzy.
Stranger Things season 4 has been split into two parts this time. The first seven episodes have been available on Netflix since late May 2022. Now, on Friday, July 1, the final two episodes will finally be released. Due to the additional waiting time between the episodes, fans are naturally putting up plenty of theories about how things might continue. Now, however, a Twitter post has caused plenty of confusion and wild discussions.
The Duffer brothers have already announced before the start of the 4th season that this will be darker than the previous seasons. They have now added the ominous comment that they will not shy away from the death of popular characters in the grand finale.
As a result of this announcement, fans have naturally started speculating. Especially about the popular character Max (Sadie Sink) is worried, because she last only narrowly escaped the cruel new monster Vecna.
Then when the Twitter account @StrangerNews11 recently shared a collage of images showing Sink with bleeding and possibly burst eyes, the fears seemed to have been confirmed. After all, these images certainly resemble the appearance of the other victims after they succumbed to Vecna’s curse.
However, it didn’t take long for the first fans to point out in the comments that the photos on the right are not behind-the-scenes images from “Stranger Things” set. They were taken on the set of “Fear Street Part 3: 1666”. Here Sadie Sink played the character Ziggy Berman.
Due to the similarly creepy appearance of the eye injury, however, one could certainly assume that these are pictures from “Stranger Things”. In fact, the two images on the right have no connection to the events of the upcoming finale. Whether Vecna will get Max in the end or what awaits the kids instead, we will probably only know for sure from Friday.
Part 2 of “Stanger Things” will be released on July 1 in Netflix‘s novelty program. You can bridge the waiting time with these alternatives to “Stranger Things”.
