The streaming service Netflix announced that the fantasy action manga “Good Night World” will receive an anime adaptation, which will be available worldwide on the platform from October 12, 2023. You can find a first trailer for it further down in this article.
Good Night World Anime is Being Created at NAZ
“Good Night World” is being directed by Katsuya Kikuchi (“The Royal Tutor”) at Studio NAZ. Michiko Yokote (“ReLIFE”) is penning the script, while Rena Okuyama is contributing character design and Takatsugu Wakabayashi (“Skip and Loafer”) is composing the music.
Starring roles include Daisuke Hirose (Leonhard von Grannzreich in “The Royal Tutor”) as Ichi and Nobunaga Shimazaki (Eugeo in “Sword Art Online: Alicization”) as AAAAA. Akio Ootsuka (Thorkell in “Vinland Saga”) takes on the role of Shiro and Aya Endou (Cattleya Baudelaire in “Violet Evergarden”) voices the character May.
The anime series adapts the manga series of the same name penned by Uru Okabe, which was published on the “Ura Sunday” website and in five volumes in Japanese stores between December 2015 and January 2017.
