In Jujutsu Kaisen, the Higher-ups of Jujutsu High spare Yuji Itadori’s life under a promise by Gojo Satoru. Gojo vows that if Itadori loses control over the ‘King of Curses’, he would personally kill him, but if that day were to ever come, who would win in a battle between Ryomen Sukuna and the ‘good-looking guy’ Satoru Gojo?
Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 will adapt from Gojo’s Past Arc, so we won’t be seeing Ryomen Sukuna vs Gojo anytime soon. There also will be adaptations from Shibuya Incident Arc, but Yuji so far has done a somewhat decent job of keeping Sukuna under control.
Season 2 of Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 will be available on Netflix and Crunchyroll. Episode 1 of Jujutsu Kaisen will release on July 6, 2023, at 11:56 pm JST. Here’s a look at what would happen if two of the strongest characters from the world of Jujutsu Kaisen went head to head against each other.
Jujutsu Kaisen – Gojo vs Sukuna
Manga readers are itching to see Gojo and Sukuna battle it out. Currently, with the limited power Sukuna has, Gojo can easily overpower him but things wouldn’t be so simple if Sukuna achieves his ultimate form.
Ryomen Sukuna is a jujutsu sorcerer from 1000 years ago. He is the undisputed ‘King of Curses’ and after his death, he distributed his powers into 20 indestructible fingers. He was reincarnated in 2018 when Yuji Itadori consumed one of his fingers.
One of the main protagonists of the show, Satoru Gojo is a Special Grade Jujutsu Sorcerer and widely considered as the strongest in the world. He is the pride of the Satoru family and works as a Teacher at Jujutsu High, mentoring other sorcerers.
Now if these two were to go head to head, it would be a fight between the Titans for sure. Both of them possess unlimited cursed energy as Sukuna is the ‘King of Curses’ and Gojo’s Six Eyes basically nullifies his Cursed Energy Consumption which ensures that he never runs out of Cursed Energy.
They both have even mastered their Domain Expansion techniques. Our Money is on Satoru Gojo as his Domain Expansion could possibly overpower Sukuna. The reason for this is Sukuna is not the same incarnation of what he was 1000 years ago.
