Demon Slayer Season 3: Storyline
After the heavy clashes in the entertainment district, Tanjiro, Tengen Uzui and company encounter another enemy. They face dark times and severe trials, because Doma, one of the higher 12 devil moons and creator of Gyutaro and Daki, gives himself the honor.
Tanjiro travels to the village of the swordsmiths and must explain to Hotaru Haganezuka, the blacksmith who made Tanjiro’s sword, how his sword could have been so badly damaged. But while Tanjiro waits for his sword to be repaired, the enemies close in.
The Mist Pillar, Muichiro Tokito, is fighting the demons, but the young swordsman needs the support of Tanjiro and Genya, the Wind Pillar. Not that they already have to fight two high-ranking demons, but the enemy can split his body into four separate bodies and regenerate almost instantly.
Demon Slayer season 3: production and cast
Doma is voiced by Japanese voice actor Mamoru Miyano. The experienced voice actor already lent his voice to Light Yagami from “Death Note”, among others. You can also expect to hear all the other Seiyus in their familiar roles.
The production will again be handled by the animation studio ufotable (“Fate/Zero”), who have already delivered more than convincing work with the first two seasons. The direction also remains in the hands of Haruo Sotozaki (“Tales of Symphonia: The Animation”).
