Unbreakable Machine Doll Season 2: Will we get to see it soon?

Don't miss

Will there ever be Unbreakable Machine Doll Season 2? Would a follow-up be feasible?

Uncrackable Machine Doll is one of the many anime series that fits into the action, fantasy, and ecchi categories because of its focus on education. The narrative follows Raishin Akabane and Yaya, his teenage puppet, as they take on new challenges and figure out how to conquer them in order to succeed and earn the title of “Wiseman.” However, their dedication is not without difficulties and challenges.

The light novel of the same name by Reiji Kaitou and Ruroo, which features artwork, is the source material for the anime series Unbreakable Machine Doll. On November 21, 2009, Media Factory released it under the MF Bunko J imprint. Before coming to an end on July 25, 2017, it lasted for a total of seventeen volumes. Kadokawa made a commercial to promote the conclusion of the light novel series before the release of the final volume.

Along with an anime, Hakaru Takagi’s Unbreakable Machine Doll also has a manga series with the same name. The first volume of it was published on November 22, 2010, and it was serialized in the June 2010 issue of Monthly Comic Alive from Media Factory. Nine volumes have been released as of March 23, 2016.

A manga spin-off named “Gene Metallica: Unbreakable Machine-Doll Re: Acta” by Misato Kamada is also available. From April 15, 2013, until April 15, 2014, it appeared in Media Factory’s Monthly Comic Gene. During its issuance, two volumes have been made available.

Later, Unbreakable Machine Doll was transformed into an anime series by Lerche, a studio well-known in the industry for its work on such well-liked shows as Assassination Classroom, Danganronpa, Classroom of the Elite, and Monster Musume.

The 12-episode anime series made its initial release on October 7 and ended on December 23 of the same year. A special six-episode series that ran from December 25, 2013, to May 28, 2014, followed it.

Many of the viewers were left wanting more after the cliffhanger ending of the final episode of the first season. They require a follow-up. When will the second season of Unbreakable Machine Doll be available?

Unbreakable Machine Doll Season 2 has not yet been officially announced, and we haven’t gotten any details either. Despite this, we won’t be able to tell if the anime series will be renewed for another season.

Unbreakable Machine Doll Season 2 cannot be made, despite the fact that there has been no formal announcement about it. The primary explanation is that, as of July 25, 2017, the source—a light novel—has already ended. Since most adaptations are designed to promote the original material, it would not be necessary for the studio to adapt the remaining volumes and create a new season if the original material had already been finished.

Additionally, the author and the studio decided against renewing the season because the sales were not attractive or profitable enough. Despite the fact that the anime series has a respectable rating of 7.06 on MyAnimeList.

There are more than enough sources of information for a second run. The anime series has only covered the first three out of seventeen volumes of the light novel series; the studio even has the option of producing five additional seasons.

Unbreakable Machine Doll Action

The Walpurgis Royal Academy of Machinart was established at the same time as “Machinart,” machine magic that could give life and intelligence to mechanical dolls that were later referred to as “automatons.” Its goal is to teach proficient puppeteers how to operate the automatons as militaries all around the world start integrating Machinart into their troops.

In order to participate in the Evening Party, a competition between puppeteers utilizing their automatons, Raishin Akabane and his humanoid automaton Yaya must defeat one of the top 100 students after catastrophically failing the academy’s entrance tests. The “Wiseman” title and access to the potent forbidden arts are given to the final survivor.

As a result, Raishin challenges Charlotte Belew and her automaton Sigmund to a duel, but Sigmund is attacked by other students before the match ever starts. Raishin calls off the duel after defending his opponents from their assailants, but he must find another method to obtain entry to the Party. Raishin struggles alongside Yaya for supremacy and the right to call himself a wise man, motivated by the horrors of his past.
