The series follows Nasa Yuzaki, a brilliant boy who falls in love at first sight with a gorgeous girl during his high school entrance exams.

However, fate has other plans for him as he gets hit by a truck while chasing after her!

The girl, Tsukasa Yuzaki, saves his life and agrees to go out with him on one condition: they have to get married first!

Nasa accepts her proposal and they tie the knot on his 18th birthday. Thus begins their sweet and hilarious married life.
