The Paddington film franchise’s third part Paddington 3 is confirmed and in the developing process. The first part is Paddington which is an animated live-action comedy movie which is written and directed by Paul King, the story written by Paul King and Hamish McColl and is based on the works of Michael Bond, Paddington Bear. The cast of Paddington Part 1 StudioCanal which was released on November 28, 2014, collected around $ 282.8 million at the box office after the success of Paddington 1, 2017 Paddington 2 was released which collected fine box office which was from part 1. The cast of Paddington part 1 and 2 are Hugh Bonneville, Ben Whishaw, Sally Hawkins, Madeleine Harris, Imelda Staunton, Samuel Joslin, Julie Walters, Matt Lucas, Sanjeev Bhaskar, Michael Gambon, and Ben Miller. Paddington 3 Cast
After 5 years of Paddington 2 now the makers started to work in the development of Paddington 3 which is titled Paddington In Peru.
As per Variety, along with the original cast Ben Whishaw, Sally Hawkins, Hugh Bonneville, Imelda Staunton, and Ben Miller. The new cast are Antonio Banderas, Oliva Colman, Rachel Zegler, and Emily Mortimer.
Oliva Colman is now seen in the Secret Invasion series. Olivia has won an Oscar for Yorgos Lanthimos’s directed movie The Favorite. Paddington 3 will be also based on Michael Bond’s works.
As per the Hollywood Reporter, Oliva will give a voice-over of the bear who lives in Peru and runs a retirement home for Bears.
Paddington 3 Release Date And Expected Storyline
As per Collider, in Paddington 3 which is titled Paddington In Peru the Brown family goes to the South American city of Peru for a vacation and meets Aunt Lucy.
The filming will take place around July 24th, 2023 and it might be released in the holiday season of 2023 or in the summer of 2024. Paul King will be the writer of the film, not the director and Dougal Willson will make her director debut in Paddington 3.
