He grew up in seclusion, passing the time with a diet of comic books and TV episodes, and now he seeks to escape to see the wonders and contrasts of the outside world. He meets his hero, the real-life superhero known as The Hero (Walton Goggins), who is his idol, makes friends, falls in love, and escapes difficult circumstances.
