Hell’s Paradise Season 2: Release Date
Hell’s Paradise Season 2 of the anime was confirmed after the finale of Season 1. Hell’s Paradise aired from April 1, 2023, to July 1, 2023. MAPPA, the studio behind Hell’s Paradise confirmed there will be a Season 2.
No official release date for Season 2 is out yet. MAPPA is currently busy with ‘Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2‘ and ‘Attack on Titan: Final Season‘, so we do not expect the sequel of Hell’s Paradise till late 2024.
Hell’s Paradise Season 2: Plot
No official synopsis for Hell’s Paradise Season 2 is out yet. We do expect the anime to adapt from the rest of the chapters of the manga (60-126), so as per the manga, the duo will be busy with their quest of retrieving the Elixir of Life, and escape the island.
Season 1 saw the ninja, Gabimaru the Hollow be sentenced to death for all his crimes, but nothing seems to kill him due to his superhuman body and the love for his life. Yamada Asaemon Sagiri offers him a chance to be pardoned, in exchange for the Elixir of Life.
Hell’s Paradise Season 1: Finale Recap
In a critical moment, Shion unveils his strategy to Sagiri, using his Tao awareness to counter the formidable Tensen’s power. However, he’s wounded by the Tensen’s darts and lacks the strength to defeat it alone. Akaginu intervenes by removing the sprouting flowers from Senta, briefly reviving him.
With Shion delivering the final blow, the plant-like Tensen is defeated, and Yuzuriha comforts Senta in his final moments. Following their victory, Sagiri suggests that both Yamada Asaemon and criminals must collaborate to escape the island. Meanwhile, Gabimaru awakens after exhausting himself, and he is unable to recall his wife’s name or face.
