The day has arrived even though we didn’t want to come. Yes, folks, this is the last time we see Geralt of Rivia aka The Witcher in season 3 Vol-2. This is the last for Henry Cavil as the White Wolf and Liam Hemsworth’s stepping stone to win hearts. The season’s last few episodes are out but fans are not happy with what came out. On one hand, we saw Ciri taking control of her life, and on the other power and vengeance created a black hole in everyone’s life.
Netflix’s The Witcher Season 3 Vol-2: Plot
The episode begins with where The Witcher Vol-1 ended. Geralt is captured by the Redanian Commander Sigismund Dijkstra with the rest of the mages. They are all gathered together and handcuffed. The elves and Nilfguard soldiers enter with Cahir.
Everything is destructed with swords, blood, and rage. Tissaia seeing this chaos summons the Alzur’s Thunder that strikes everything which comes in its contact. Everything is turned into dust. As Yennefer comes across the seizing of the palace, she casts a spell and enters between the wall to find Ciri. As she tries to find a way out, she is confronted by the mute mage in the Conclave ball and she is being killed by Yennefer.
Geralt gets hold of Stregobor and they duel together and Stregobor breaks Geralt’s bones. He is almost dead but Triss saves him. As Stregobor arrives at the secluded lighthouse where Ciri goes, she finds a crystalized tomb that says something to her and takes her to a deserted place.
Ciri teleports into a desert with scorching sun. She roams day and night to find something but all in vain. She hallucinates her mother and people from the past trying to make her think that she brings death but ignores all. She meets a unicorn who helps her in her distress and she meets Falka.
Towards, the end of The Witcher Season 3 Vol-2 eighth episode, we are again left on a cliffhanger about whether Ciri is saved or not. Ciri has finally become one ruthless and merciless person that people wanted her to become. She kills her first human and calls herself Falka.
Netflix Ruined Henry Canvil’s farewell in last three Episodes: Fans really unhappy with the season-ending
Fans of the series were really excited about the way things will be unfolded at the end of season 3 The Witcher vol-2. The series was actually quite exciting yet fans did not feel that it justifies Henry’s departure. One said-‘ Looks like I need to delve into my Witcher books since@netflix completely fucked up the show and ruined Cavill’s last season… I hope whoever’s responsible utterly fails from here on out… #TheWitcher. Another wrote-‘The final 3 episodes of #TheWitcher are a mad dash of budget-slashing mayhem. Never seen so many multi-season arcs snuffed out so fast. A fan tweeted-‘I’ve never been more bored and angry watching a show. Finished season 3 of #TheWitcher & yeah it sucked.’ Another tweeted- ‘I really waited on those three episodes of the witcher forrrrrr??? one little fight and that was it? no big reveal? no goodbye to cavil? that was the biggest letdown of any two part season I’ve ever seen. jesus christ netflix, you guys are utterly lost #TheWitcher #TheWitchers3’.
