Armie Hammer, 36, and Elizabeth Chambers, 40, tied the knot in May 2010 and have two children together: Harper, 8, and Ford Douglas Amand, 6.
According to a court document called the Declaration of Default, obtained by PEOPLE, it was revealed that “the parties have reached a written agreement concerning their property and their rights within the marriage or domestic partnership, including support.” The document further states that the couple is seeking the court’s approval of the agreement.
