The third season of the anime series Arifureta: From Commonplace to World’s Strongest (Arifureta Shokugyou de Sekai Saikyou) has been officially announced. The show, based on the light novel series that is nearing its conclusion, will continue the adventures of Hajime Nagumo and his companions in a fantasy world.
The announcement was made on September 10, 2022, during The Arifureta OVA Advance Screening & Talk Show at Shinjuku Piccadilly Cinema in Tokyo. A key visual for the third season was also revealed at the event (see below).
The news came after some anime news sources, such as Sneaky and Sugoi LITE, reported that Arifureta Season 3 was in production and that the official confirmation would be soon. Anime Geek also predicted that the announcement would happen in Summer 2022.

Arifureta Season 3 Release Date Prediction

Season 1 of the show aired from July 8, 2019, to October 7, 2019, and Season 2 of Ariffureta aired from January 13, 2022 to March 31, 2022. No official date for Arifureta Season 3 has yet been released, but do not expect the anime anytime soon.
The staff of AWSMONE is predicting Arifureta Season 3 will likely be released in late 2024.
Arifureta: The Story So Far
Hajime and his friends preserve Kaori’s soul by implanting it into Noint’s restored body. Kaori’s original body is preserved for their return to Japan. Hajime reveals Ehit’s true intentions to the other students, who consider fighting him to save the world.
However, Hajime prioritizes returning to their world. Eventually, the students split into two groups: one accompanies Hajime’s party to the next Labyrinth to get stronger, while the other escorts Liliana to meet the emperor, aiming to thwart Ehit’s plans.
