In the books, Margarita Laux-Antille, aka Rita, replaced Tissaia as Rectoress of Aretuza. She is always cheerful and calm and can go to any extent to protect her students. Rita and Tissaia are close friends, despite their different nature. Rita is one of the founding members of the Lodge of Sorceresses. Rochelle Rose appeared in many movies that include Cinderella, Aladdin, The Winter’s Tale, Jack & The Beanstalk, and many more.

Sam Woolf as Rience

We all remember the famous villain from The Witcher Season 2 is Rience, played by Chris Fulton. He is the same mage that gets his half-face burnt by Yennifer. Due to other roles, Fulton will no longer play Rience in The Witcher but the new villain will be Sam Woolf. Woolf’s appeared in many episodic roles in many series including Netflix’s The Crown.

Hiftu Quasem as Falka

Hiftu Quasem is a familiar name among the Witcher fans, as she has already had a role in The Witcher: Blood Origin, where she gave the voice to the being that brought Chaos magic to the Continent and appeared in many series such as Killing Eve and Ten Percent.

In The Witcher‘s third season, Quasem will be physically seen portraying a character related to Chaos magic (and chaos in general): Falka is one of Ciri’s ancestors according to the series (might be seen in season 3). Falka also happens to be one of the most feared historical characters on The Continent due to the bloody war named after her, Falka’s Rebellion. In season three, she is expected to appear exactly as she did in the book Time of Contempt, compelling Ciri to use magic during a hallucination in the desert.

Johannes Haukur Johannesson as Crach an Craite

In season 1 of The Witcher, Crach a Craite was portrayed by Scottish actor Blair Kincaid. He appeared in the episode that deals with Duny, Pavetta, and the Law of Surprise at Calanthe’s banquet. Crach is set to return in Season 3, but he will not be played by Kincaid. Instead, the character will now be portrayed by Icelandic actor Johannes Haukur Johannesson, who is known for his roles in SuccessionVikings: ValhallaThe Last Kingdom, and Game of Thrones.

Meng’er Zhang as Milva

One of the most exciting role cast in Season 3, is one of the founding members of Geralt’s hanza and a human warrior who lives among the dryads, Milva. The actress Meng’er Zhang is known for her role in Shang-Chi and Legend of the Ten Rings, where she plays Xu Xialing, Shang-Chi’s sister.
