On the official Twitter account of the anime adaptation of “NieR:Automata Ver1.1a” it was announced that the first season will get a second part. You can watch a teaser of the announcement below in this article.
First Part on Crunchyroll
The first part of “NieR:Automata Ver1.1a” was directed by Ryouji Masuyama (“BLEND-S”), who was responsible for the series composition together with Taro Yoko, at Studio A-1 Pictures. Jun Nakai (“Silver Spoon”) contributed character design.
The twelve-episode action anime to date ran on Japanese television from January to July 2023, with several breaks caused by production problems related to the COVID-19 pandemic. The last four episodes aired today.
Crunchyroll offers all twelve episodes in the original dubbing with English subtitles on demand. A date for the second part is still pending at the current time.
