‘Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One’ – Recap
*SPOILERS AHEAD for ‘Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One’*
Ethan Hunt is tasked with retrieving 2 keys that unlock the source code of a powerful entity in Dead Reckoning Part One. When he learns more about the power these 2 keys hold, he refuses to hand over the keys to any government and decides to destroy the entity.
Ethan and his IMF team are chased by everyone looking to get their hands on the keys. From Government Agents to Local Police, even Gabriel, an International terrorist linked with the entity is after the two keys.

From the canals in Venice to the streets of Rome, Ethan Hunt does not get a single moment to relax in Dead Reckoning Part One. The key keeps changing hands throughout the movie. They cannot destroy the key either as they don’t know yet what the key unlocks.
The team battles it out to make sure the keys don’t fall into the wrong hands. In the process, Ilsa Faust, one of Ethan’s team members ends up losing her life. The movie ends with the intense train sequence which sees Ethan pickpocket the key off Gabriel during their fight.

“Part 1 was good, Part 2 will be even better” say Fans
The action sequences from the movie were top-notch. One thing the movie lacked was high-end tech gadgets, but it goes well with the storyline as the entity could have easily controlled any of them. This is evident, especially in a scene where the entity mimics the voice of Benji Dunn to misguide Tom Cruise.
I slightly prefer the more raw and visceral intensity of Fallout, but this was a great entry as well. Part 2 is gonna be amazing.

Apart from the lack of tech gadgets, the visuals were absolutely stunning. The car-chase scenes could even put the more recent Fast & Furious car-chase scenes to shame. All the stunt scenes had an authenticity to them, especially when considering the fact that Tom Cruise does not have a body double yet.
Just watch it and I got to say love it I love the camera angle and the way it’s make so much sense best one yet!!! The only thing I wish they would bring back Jeremy Renner at less for a cameo because they never say what happen to him

Funny, they eye patch was an accident but Ferguson looks like she just stepped into a Swedish grind house movie. Maybe McQ knew what he got here.
