Paramount Network has announced that Yellowstone Season 5 Part 2 will premiere in summer 2023 . However, an exact date has not been revealed yet. The first part of season 5 premiered on November 13, 2022, and ended with a mid-season finale on January 1, 2023. The second part of season 5 will return in summer 2023, with six more episodes to wrap up the story.

The cast of Yellowstone Season 5 Part 2 will include most of the familiar faces from the previous seasons. However, there are also some rumors that Kevin Costner might leave the show after Season 5, which could mean that this season might be the last one for Yellowstone. According to Deadline, Costner is in talks to exit the series due to his busy schedule and other projects. There is also a possibility that Yellowstone might continue with a spin-off or a franchise extension starring Matthew McConaughey. Beth Dutton (Kelly Reilly), John’s daughter and chief of staff, will have to face her nemesis Jamie, who wants to put her in jail, and her complicated relationship with Rip Wheeler (Cole Hauser), the ranch foreman.
