Don't miss

The Out-Laws is a brand new crime comedy-drama movie that is all set to debut on Netflix. Owen Browning, portrayed by Adam Devine, is a conservative bank manager on the verge of marrying his beloved partner, Parker, played by Nina Dobrev. However, their wedding week takes an unexpected turn when a group of notorious criminals known as the Ghost Bandits hold up Owen’s bank. In the midst of the chaos, Owen becomes convinced that his newly arrived in-laws, portrayed by Pierce Brosnan and Ellen Barkin, are the masterminds behind the robbery.

In the words of Devine, who is also a producer of the film, “Click, click, there’s a gun to my head, and my bank is being held hostage, and my bank is being robbed. And essentially, they say something that leads me to believe it’s my in-laws, and I have to figure out, ‘Is it them or is it not?'” This intriguing premise sets the stage for a thrilling and comedic storyline.

For Devine, this marks his third collaboration with Netflix, following his roles in “Game Over, Man!” and “When We First Met.” In this film, he shares the screen with none other than Pierce Brosnan himself, who portrays an intimidating father-in-law character.

Brosnan describes his role in The Out-Laws as a rogue and outsider, a lost soul with a hidden agenda. He and his wife arrive in town for their daughter’s wedding, and Brosnan’s character immediately takes a disliking to Owen, finding him unworthy of his daughter’s affection. This leads to tension and challenges as Owen tries to win his future father-in-law’s approval while unraveling the truth behind the robbery.
