What obstacles do Owen, Billy, and Lilly face during their attempt to rescue Parker in The Out-Laws?

In their mission to rescue Parker in The Out-Laws, Owen, Billy, and Lilly devise a plan to rob a bank called Victory Union to acquire the five million dollars demanded by Rehan. They successfully transfer the money into an armored cash transport truck. However, during their escape from the police, Owen’s reckless driving causes a collision, resulting in the money being scattered out of the truck. As they evade the pursuing cops, the remaining money gradually flies out of the vehicle.

Realizing they have lost all the money, the group decides to attempt a second bank robbery at Atlas Reserve. To ensure the success of the plan, Owen involves his own family in the heist. While Billy and Lilly hold the bank’s customers hostage, Owen approaches Phoebe King, his rival bank manager. He convinces her to show him the bank’s vault, locks himself inside, collects the money in a bag, and makes his escape through a back door. He then jumps into the getaway vehicle driven by his cousin RJ.
