John Wick’s THE CONTINENTAL new trailer showcases 1970 New York

Don't miss

Time to get ready for check-in. With The Continental: From The World Of John Wick, the action-packed John Wick universe is growing. A three-part Peacock series, which the streaming service is referring to as an event, will be released that will examine the notorious New York City hotel where our hero Winston Scott holds sway. We have been eagerly awaiting more details, especially in light of John Wick: Chapter 4’s excellent performance. Now that The Continental: From The World Of John Wick has a release window and a fascinating teaser video, we can finally get excited about it.

Ian McShane portrays Winston in the “John Wick” movie series. Colin Woodell, star of “The Flight Attendant” and “The Purge” series, plays the mysterious hotelier in the prequel. Mel Gibson, a veteran of the bloody action genre, also stars as the main and debuts a new character. Mishel Prada, Ben Robson, Hubert Point-Du Jour, Nhung Kate, Jessica Allain, Ayomide Adegun, Jeremy Bobb, and Peter Greene round out the rest of the supporting cast. Let’s see more about this upcoming classic piece.

John Wick’s The Continental will be a hell-scape of 1970 New York

Through the eyes and deeds of a teenage Winston Scott, who is forced into the Hell-scape of 1970s New York City to confront a past he thought he had left behind, the three-part event will explore the origin behind the iconic hotel-for-assassins centrepiece of the John Wick world.  In a terrifying endeavour to acquire control of the hotel where he will eventually establish his future throne, Winston designs a lethal course through the property’s shadowy underground.

It is highly unlikely that John Wick will show up in The Continental series, for those who may be curious. In the 1970s, the future Baba Yaga was still a young child.

And this universe has so many fascinating features that we don’t even need John Wick to completely appreciate it. Winston is a fairly mysterious figure about whom we don’t know anything. Finding out more about his formative years will be interesting. And we’re eager to find out how he got to be in such a powerful position. In The Continental: From The World Of John Wick trailer, Winston appears among some other villains who are ingrained in this criminal network.

Fans are eagerly waiting to unlock the adventures of John Wick’s The Continental

Gibson’s first TV series since his brief appearance in the ABC comedy Complete Savages in 2004 is The Continental. The actor-director’s history of antisemitic statements sparked an outcry on social media when his hiring in The Continental was first revealed. Given that Gibson is the most well-known member of the ensemble group, his absence from the trailer seems a little odd. After hearing the news of this successful Peacock series, loyal Wick fans are on cloud nine. Let’s see how they reacted on this one.
