Many facts were circulating around the Heart of Stone which was supposed to be released in 2022, as the production ended in July 2022. The production got delayed is unknown, but according to fans and producers, there were many action sequences to be done that required changes and Alia Bhatt got married halfway through the shooting schedule. Filming was done on location in Iceland, Italy, London, and many other locations. Due to various location changes, filming took longer than expected.
