Fictional stories show the mirror to society and depict the upcoming pandemic which causes danger to humanity such as Zom 100, which is an upcoming anime on Netflix. Haro Aso has written the manga on which the anime is based.
Zom 100 anime screenplay is written by Hiroshi Seko and the anime is directed by Kazuki Kawagoe. The lead voice actors are Zeno Robinson, Laura Post, Xander Trott, and Abby Trott. Zom 100 manga’s total number of volumes is 14th and Zom 100 anime season 1 will cover volume 1.

The forthcoming anime’s storyline as per Anime News Network, is set in modern-day Tokyo where a zombie apocalypse has begun in the working day. Meanwhile, Akira Tendo who is an employee sees this pandemic as an opportunity to live his life as he wants and made a 100 bucket list.
In the manga, not only Akira but also Kenichiro, Beatrix, and Shizuka see this as a great opportunity and live their lives as they want. All lead characters come together and enjoy their lives instead of fearing becoming zombies and overcoming their anxieties and keep motivated to be alive.
Zom 100 on Netflix: Relevant with Real Life
In the anime’s trailer were main lead Akira Tendo is become depressive and suicidal due to his desk job which relevant to many people who work their entire life have a toxic environment in the workplace and never get time to spend with their family and friends, although always denied their leaves from their bosses.
As per Variety, Haro Aso is the writer of the manga on which the new anime is based. Haro said in the interview that in the manga, he tried to add some new things which are thrilling and exciting, and the freedom to live their own lives.
Zom 100 anime will be released on July 9th on Netflix.
