Fans have been anticipating the release date of What If Season 2 on Disney+ since Marvel debuted the first season with great anticipation. The first season of the animated series introduced us to several scenarios in which events from the MCU could occur in the Multiverse.

It can come in the first half of 2024, closing the distance between Echo and Ironheart (if not December 2023 itself) . It’s also possible that it will launch on streaming services in the second half of the next year.

AC Bradley gave fans a sneak peek at what to expect in an interview with Entertainment Weekly, even if the official storyline summary for season two hasn’t been revealed too.”We will continue to use the anthology format for the second season, which will feature all-new stories, lots of excitement, fresh heroes, and a greater reliance on Phase Four than we were able to do this season,” said Bradley.
With any luck, Eternals, shang chi, and the Black Widow characters will make an appearance. We attempt to jump about as much as we can because the most enjoyable aspect of What If is getting to explore the limitless cosmos. Notwithstanding my affection for captain carter, I want to play with all of these characters.
Additionally, Bryan Andrews hinted that What If…? will only become “wilder” and “wackier” in the future due to the MCU’s expansiveness.
