“Star Wars: Tales of the Jedi” is dedicated to cult characters Ahsoka Tano and Count Dooku in six segments. That’s how many parts of the short film series are already on Disney+.
- “Star Wars: Tales of the Jedi” is a new short film series on Disney+.
- The “Clone Wars”-style animated films are about Ahsoka Tano and Count Dooku.
- All six shorts will be available to stream on Disney+ from October 26, 2022.
There’s “Star Wars” backlog, which should be of particular interest to fans of the animated series “Clone Wars” and “The Bad Batch.” Tales of the Jedi” takes a closer look at Ahsoka Tano and Count Dooku, two characters who made some of their biggest appearances during the Clone Wars.
The six new shorts also bring back other cult characters from the animated “Clone Wars” universe – such as the proverbial immortal Jedi Grandmaster Yoda. All six episodes, most of which were written by “Star Wars” veteran Dave Filoni, can be seen on Disney+ from October 26, 2022.
Among other things, Count Dooku’s path to the dark side of the Force and the difficult relationship with his Jedi padawan Qui-Gon Jinn will be a topic – and in wistful memory of baby Yoda Grogu from “The Mandalorian,” baby Ahsoka will make a very special appearance this time.
