Sabikui Bisco is a sci-fi anime series based on the light novel of the same name by Shinji Cobkubo, K Akagishi and mocha. The good news is that Sabikui Bisco Season 2 has been officially confirmed by the anime’s official Twitter account @SABIKUI_BISCO on 16 july, 2023, right after the finale of Season 1. The announcement was accompanied by a teaser visual that showed Bisco, Milo and Akutagawa in front of a giant mushroom-like structure, with the caption “The journey continues…”.

The bad news is that there is no exact release date for Sabikui Bisco Season 2 yet. However, based on the production schedule of Season 1, which took about a year to complete, we can expect Season 2 to premiere sometime in 2024. Of course, this is just a speculation and there may be delays or changes due to various factors, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, the availability of the staff and cast, or the source material.

Speaking of the source material, Sabikui Bisco is based on a light novel series that began in March 2018 and is still ongoing as of August 2023. The light novel series has 11 volumes so far, with the latest one released on June 10, 2023.
