‘Dead Reckoning Part One‘ is the sub-part of the supposed finale of the series. The speculation comes amidst Tom Cruise who has turned 61 this year. Age is just a number for him, as Tom Cruise’s Ethan Hunt is still in action for the franchise.
Dead Reckoning Part One is the 7th installment of the franchise. The first Tom Cruise Ethan Hunt movie was released way back in 1996, two decades later, Mission Impossible is still going strong. Dead Reckoning is divided into two parts, with Part 1 releasing on July 12, 2023, for a theatrical release.

Christopher McQuarrie, who is directing Dead Reckoning, told Fandango in June 2023, that the series is not ending. Christopher and his team are currently developing ideas for future installments.
During the promotion for Dead Reckoning Part One, McQuarrie expressed interest in continuing to make more films with Ethan Hunt at the helm. There also have been rumors of this being the last of Tom Cruise as Ethan Hunt, who is yet to confirm his future with the franchise.
What makes the franchise so popular are the stunt scenes, and what makes them even better is the fact that Tom Cruise does all the stunts himself.

Ethan Hunt and his IMF (Impossible Mission Force) team are back again, and this time the stakes are higher than they have ever been before. The trailer for the movie was jam-packed with action sequences like never before. One scene showed Tom jumping off a cliff on a motorcycle. Well, he’s no newbie when it comes to life-and-death stunt scenes.
In Dead Reckoning, the team does everything they can to prevent a weapon from falling into the hands of Gabriel, an International Terrorist. Christopher Movies definitely delivers a sustained adrenaline charge to the audience throughout the movie.
