Here is all the information we currently have on the gripping drama Black Bird.
What is Black Bird About?
In Black Bird, Taron Egerton plays Jimmy Keene, the son of a decorated police officer and a former high school football hero. But when he is convicted of drug trafficking and given a 10-year term in a minimum-security facility, his life implodes.
Jimmy is given the opportunity of a lifetime following his sentencing: either remain where he is and serve his entire sentence without the possibility of release, or check into a maximum-security facility for the criminally insane and become friends with alleged serial killer Larry Hall (Paul Walter Hauser).
The only way Jimmy can escape is to get a complete confession, but he is aware that doing so will put his life in danger.
Is Jimmy able to obtain the truth from Hall, or is the alleged murderer just making stuff up? And can the drug dealer overcome his ambition to bring a killer to justice?
